Salt Agency partnered with Chi Kee Wun to translate the restaurant’s rich cultural inspiration into a powerful brand presence, combining atmospheric storytelling, creative campaigns and visually striking content.
Inspired by feng shui philosophy and sensory dining, the brand required marketing that felt just as immersive as the experience itself.


Chi Kee Wun already had a distinctive identity, dramatic interiors, bold flavours and an unmistakable atmosphere.
But like many restaurants on the island, the challenge wasn’t simply attracting diners.
It was building a brand that guests remembered long after the meal ended.
Salt Agency focused on transforming Chi Kee Wun from a restaurant into a cultural dining experience, developing campaigns rooted in symbolism, storytelling and moments worth sharing.

To celebrate Lunar New Year, Salt Agency developed a Year of the Snake campaign inspired by the symbolism of transformation, wisdom, and rebirth.
The campaign combined striking visual content with thematic storytelling that reflected Chi Kee Wun’s mystical brand identity.
From atmospheric photography to scroll-stopping social media assets, the activation brought the restaurant’s cultural inspiration to life online, turning a traditional celebration into a visually captivating digital campaign.
The result was a wave of engagement that positioned Chi Kee Wun as one of Ibiza’s most visually distinctive dining destinations.

To encourage guest participation and organic storytelling, Salt Agency introduced a full moon Polaroid activation, inviting guests to capture their Chi Kee Wun experience through instant photography.
The concept blended nostalgia with theatre, allowing guests to take home a physical memory while simultaneously creating highly shareable visual content.
As the restaurant filled with glowing lanterns, cocktails and music, the Polaroid activation became a natural extension of the atmosphere, turning diners into storytellers and amplifying the brand’s presence across social media.
Sometimes the most powerful marketing doesn’t look like marketing at all.

For the following Lunar New Year, Salt Agency built on this momentum with a Year of the Horse campaign, drawing inspiration from the symbolism of strength, movement, and prosperity.
Through bold creative direction and campaign storytelling, the restaurant’s brand presence evolved from a seasonal celebration into an annual cultural moment.
The campaign reinforced Chi Kee Wun’s identity as a restaurant where tradition meets spectacle, combining Chinese symbolism with the vibrant energy of Ibiza’s dining scene.
